HOW DOES OUR SELECTION PROCESS WORK?

First step

I am interested in applying for the position

At this stage we want to get to know you. In addition to some personal information, you will be asked about skills and competencies, your academic and professional history.

Second Stage

Assessment and technical knowledge

In this step, you will be evaluated to identify whether the technical knowledge you have fulfills the needs that the vacancy you are applying for requires.

Third Step

Evaluation and technical thinking

In this step you will answer a questionnaire in which your ability to make decisions and question routine situations will be evaluated, relevant skills in the routine of a lawyer

Fourth Step

Introduction to the recruiter

In this step you will introduce yourself to recruiters. You will record a video of a maximum of 2 minutes, telling a little about your experience and why you understand that you should be hired

Fifth stage

Interview

If you reach this stage, it is because you have the ideal profile for the vacancy. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate to the recruiter that you are the professional he is looking for.
