A Tressis Tressis is a startup founded by three female entrepreneurs. The company aims to offer, through a SaaS platform (Software as a Service), a virtual tool to automate and simplify the management routines of medical offices, thus providing greater efficiency to the daily lives of professionals.

When they sought advice from Vanzin & Penteado , the biggest question concerned the service contract that should be used with clients.

Furthermore, there were doubts regarding the choice between traditional models and more modern formats that use checkbox acceptance.

In this regard, the team of partners responsible for the project carried out the diagnostic phase. During this phase, the processes related to the end customer were carefully evaluated, as well as the complete functionality of the platform.

Therefore, the recommendation was to use Terms and Conditions of Use for the Platform . In other words, a modern, virtual contract that aligns with the business's positioning, bringing speed and ease to the service contracting process.

After defining the model, the document drafting phase began. Since the contract required a high degree of customization, the team submitted a detailed technical form. This document compiled the necessary information for the firm to develop the material appropriately.

Among the data collected, key information includes details about the company, service provision, platform maintenance frequency, obligations of both parties, service delivery timeframe, monetization model, and other relevant aspects.

Once created, the document was delivered ready for immediate use, being added to the platform shortly afterwards. With this, Tressis was able to begin providing services safely, with full legal support, mitigating future risks that may arise from a relationship without prior formalization.
